Major Shareholders
Mr. Lee and Osborne Pacific Limited (“Osborne”) are the major shareholders of the Company. Osborne is wholly and beneficially owned by Mr. Chan Hing Yin, an executive director of the Company. In December 2008, Chow Tai Fook (“CTF”) became a key shareholder of the Company. CTF has the largest gold jewelry retail chain in China with more than 800 outlets. CTF, together with its investee companies (including the New World Group), is one of the largest foreign investors in China with over US$6 billion invested in property, hotels, infrastructure and department stores. CTF has maintained close relationship with Central and provincial governments.
